Throughout the United States
While visiting the beaches of Maui we enjoyed sun and sand, we were able to snorkel in the Pacific Ocean. We saw sea turtles, sting rays, and many varieties of salt water fish in their natural environment.
Hawai‘i has its fair share of waterfalls. This is Three Bears falls. Which refers the three streams that share a cliff.






Hawai‘i is a string of islands made from volcanoes. Mount Haleakalã is a dormant volcano and is The United States 10th highest mountain. Its height is 3,055 meters (10,023 feet). However there is another 5,998 meters (19,680 feet) under sea level. This picture is taken from its highest point at sunset.

Mount Rainier ranks as the 7th tallest mountain in the United States, with an elevation of 4,392 meters (14,411 feet).






Douglas firs are found on the north west side of the country. Their long life and height are impressive. They can live up to 1,000 years and grow up 90 meters (300 feet) tall.
This is Snoqaulmie falls in Washington state. The falls are actually taller then the more famous Niagara Falls, and hold cultural significance for the local Native American tribe

Tennessee is home to the Great Smokey mountains. This is a view of a small portion of the mountain range in the season of fall.


This is Alum cave bluff. This rocky overhang towers at 22.9 m (75 feet) high.
